The second outpost of famed chef Peter Kuruvita’s award-winning Sydney restaurant, the Flying Fish restaurant on Denarau Island boasts a stunning setting, sandwiched between the beach and the pool. Try the seafood-oriented degustation menu or go a la carte and choose between dishes such as seared yellow fin tuna, steak or crustaceans – either steamed, flash fried or cooked tempura-style.
